A preparedness project has been initiated for the purpose of developing Continuity Plans for all operational departments and Emergency Response Plans for each SCO location. For this project, we have selected BOLDplanning's web-based system, designed to assist organizations in the plan development process. The system guides users through each plan component and helps develop a plan that outlines the roles and responsibilities required to ensure an organization's ability to respond, transition, and continue its operations during times of disruption or incident.

The system has been customized to meet our specific planning needs, and has been deployed via the internet at SCOready.org for this organization-wide planning initiative.
